Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged or excessive stress. It's often associated with work but affects every aspect of your life. Burnout can manifest as feelings of exhaustion, detachment and a diminished sense of personal enjoyment or satisfaction in life.
Your journey is personal and so is your experience with burnout. We’re here to honor that, to listen, and to walk with you toward healing and resilience. Coaching helps you connect all the pieces of you to create the life you want to live.
We are committed to creating a safe, supportive space—one built from firsthand experience within the healthcare system. We understand the emotional weight and unique challenges that come with this work because we’ve lived it too. We’re here to help you get beyond burnout.

We’ve all been there—exhausted, overwhelmed, and feeling like things are out of our control. For some of us, that feeling goes away through a combination of action and reaction. But for others, that feeling goes further and lasts longer, leaving us feeling stuck in this state of being.

A 90-minute workshop that teaches you to recognize the 3 key components that keep you in burnout and how to create actionable plans to help you manage their symptoms and find ways to help you get out of the burnout cycle.

After working in healthcare for over 20 years and quitting in 2021 due to severe burnout, I’ve created the resources I wish I’d had when I was in chronic stress & overwhelm.
I started my career working in adult med-surg and ended my career after working in a pediatric clinic for 13 years. Bringing the knowledge from my career along with what I’ve learned in my own journey and the courses I’ve taken to inform my practice, I’ve created a personal coaching practice and a workshop that speaks directly to those working in healthcare with the intention of reframing how burnout is viewed and what can be done.
