Guiding You on Your Journey Out of Burnout

How would you show up differently in your life if you weren’t burned out? The journey beyond burnout starts with the realization that you don’t want to be where you are; not now, not in one year, not in ten years. Use that understanding to propel you forward to imagining a different life, a different way of being, a different way of FEELING in your life.

Burnout creates a cycle that can be hard to change on your own. Creating the time and space to imagine how you want your life to be, identifying attainable goals that align with the life you envision and sustainable actions you can take to make that life a reality is always put off until tomorrow until someone is there to hold that space for you. Having someone hold you accountable and working through barriers that happen when you implement your steps, creates a shift in the burnout cycle.

How can you create a different cycle? 

How coaching can help:

  • In coaching, we identify together where you want to be and how you want to feel, and then help you identify the steps and tools that can support you in breaking the burnout cycle 

  • We might work on things like: sleep, nutrition, nervous system regulation, emotional health, creating space to improve your resiliency and shift your learned coping skills

  • Working with a coach really helps to have accountability and work through barriers that come up if you’re trying to implement something new. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and not do the thing that will help you move towards how you want to feel in life 

  • Burnout creates vicious cycles that don’t allow you to adequately rest. This coaching interrupts and shifts those cycles through simple and consistent practices that value your overall health

  • We will build resiliency into your nervous system so you have the capacity to be less reactive and more proactive, to feel less stuck in unhealthy patterns

  1. Regulating your nervous system with daily acts of intentionally building your window of tolerance which gives you resiliency for when life doesn’t go as you want

  2. Gentle curiosity and observation as to how you cope with stress & overwhelm. We carry around so much shame and guilt and how we “should” be doing life, first observing your own patterns creates an awareness. After awareness, that’s when you are able to dream of how you want to cope in a way that is supportive. Next is implementation of how you want to cope in the moment and doing it. And always remembering that these learned coping skills have been with you for years and will take time to change.

  3. Creating a supportive community helps regulate your nervous system and pulls you out of isolation that is so common in burnout and chronic overwhelm & exhaustion.

 
 

Beyond Burnout Coaching Program

 

In this coaching program you will receive:

  • An assessment of your nervous system state

  • Concrete actions to start regulating your nervous system now

  • Help identifying how you want to be in your future

  • Current challenges keeping you stuck

  • Build the tools that will support you in breaking out of burnout cycles

  • Work through barriers together as you implement steps

  • Virtual 50 minute sessions every two weeks with the flexibility for weekly for sustained support on a HIPAA compliant platform

  • Build community around burnout with free access to the twice monthly online support group

  • Coaching from a nurse who understands the system you work in

 

This will help you achieve:

  • Feeling engaged, connected & centered in your life

  • Not feeling anxious about work

  • Not feeling overwhelmed & stressed every day

  • Emotionally regulated and not reactive

  • Not feeling stuck where you are and actually in control of your life and future

  • Your energy WILL come back

Program Options:

  • Monthly program for $350 per month with every other week 50-minute sessions with flexibility to be seen weekly if you need more frequent support. More change and better results are felt in a three month frame, so it is encouraged to commit to three months at a time to give yourself the space to implement changes and see improvements.

  • This can be billed monthly or paid in full up front

  • If cost is a barrier to you, I want to make burnout support accessible, so reach out to me and we can work together

  • Individual coaching sessions, not part of the coaching program, are $200/session. Great if you need an occasional check in or nervous system tune up.
