Dread going to work? Feel chronically exhausted? Angry all the time?
Burnout affects everyone differently but there’s a lot of common threads with similar end results of feeling like you don’t have your life spark anymore. When you are exhausted every day and feel like you are surviving the shift, the day, the week you are burned out. Whether you call it burnout, moral injury or compassion fatigue it can all feel like it’s sucking the life out of you. This workshop has been developed to give you actionable steps to take that will help lessen the symptoms of burnout, think of it in a different way, and start you on the path out of burnout.
This workshop is facilitated by Doris Taylor, RN who worked as a nurse for over 20 years and who uses what she learned getting out of her own burnout to help other nurses in burnout. She does 1:1 coaching and workshops on sleep and burnout.
