This 90-minute workshop reframes what keeps you in cycles of burnout and what you can do to stop they cycle. There are many factors that play into developing burnout; some that we have control over and systemic factors that we do not. It can all be very overwhelming.
Focusing on what you can control in a sustainable manner can help lessen the feelings of chaos. In this workshop, we will deepen your understanding of how nervous system dysregulation and learned emotional coping skills keep you in cycles of burnout. With this in mind, we will work on developing tools to nourish and soothe your nervous system, and thereby building resiliency.
