Nervous system dysregulation is keeping you stuck in burnout cycles. When you are in chronic survival mode, overwhelm & exhaustion, barely keeping your head above water, how do you cope? We all have our own coping methods to deal with chronic stress, this is most likely keeping you stuck in cycles of burnout as we didn’t learn how to adequately soothe our nervous system growing up.
We will discuss the nervous system and its role in keeping us stuck in burnout, different ways we cope and recognizing other ways that can begin to move us out of burnout.
