This Foundations of Sleep Workshop has been curated so you leave with actionable steps you can start taking to help you get a better quality and quantity of rest so you experience restorative sleep. Preparing for sleep starts first thing in the morning and many factors play into how well you sleep at night. This workshop covers the physiologic aspects of sleep so you understand reasons that you may not be getting the best quality or quantity of sleep you desire and steps you can take to help your body achieve restorative sleep so you wake up rested and energized for the day.
